Jerry came out to look at my elevator and knew he’d have to do some extra research because of my dilemma. He didn’t even charge me for the service call but came out the following week and knew exactly how to solve my problem. He worked on it very diligently and still encountered an unexpected obstacle…he continued to work tirelessly until my elevator worked perfectly! He had a very friendly, easy going manner, was on time and even let me know when he was close to my residence. He cleaned up after himself and was professional throughout the job. Even his office was very thorough and courteous in answering my questions. The price he charged was more than reasonable! Over the last few years, our building had ongoing elevator problems that were costly and the repairs never seemed to fully solve the issue, as it always returned.
