The previous company servicing the elevators was not working out.  I called Elevator Professionals and they came out right away.  The problems that the other company couldn’t fix were resolved quickly and the elevators have not had any issues six months later.  This company is very responsive and very polite. Working with Jerry from Elevator Professionals has been a great experience! Over the last few years, our building had ongoing elevator problems that were costly and the repairs never seemed to fully solve the issue, as it always returned. Thankfully I was referred to Jerry at Elevator professionals. He had our elevator fixed, with only a few hours of down time & minimal expenses. We haven't had a problem since.
